Starting off here, I’m not much of a writer. I am trying to make myself blog more as a foundation for some content for my general online presence, but I am struggling this week with having the energy. So this is more of a personal journal and I’m hoping this will get the spark started.

The theme of this week is sleep, and not enough of it. Its just been a tired week, with kids getting up in the night, random nights of waking up and not being able to go back to sleep, and staying up late with family in town. All of these are adding up and I’m feeling it…

So what do people do when this happens? Its a legitimate question, and if you see this, please respond. For me it kindof changes, some days, I sleep in and miss my workout (which I hate doing) but I just need some sleep. Sometimes I am restless and have to get some things accomplished before I can settle down. Like earlier this week, I woke up at 2:30 a.m. with a headache and ended up (after some ibuprofen) just working on the computer until it was work time. pretty productive that night, but here later in the week I am feeling it….

Vent over, I dunno…
